We started with a bad first week

In 2023 our founder adopted a 9-week Golden at 11pm and spent the next six days reconciling conflicting advice from twelve browser tabs. The vet appointment that mattered most — the one before the insurance window closed — happened by luck.

Paws & Visits exists so that first week is a checklist instead of a guess. We are a team of 24 in Asheville, North Carolina, working with 640+ in-home veterinarians and 240+ shelter partners.

How we make money

Starter-kit and supply affiliate commissions, booking commissions from in-home vets and trainers, referral fees from pet insurers, and the $19/month Plus plan. We do not sell adopter data. Ever.
